Our range of 8ft new and used small shipping containers are perfect when available space is limited.
8ft shipping containers can used for commercial and domestic usage and are perfect for securely storing tools, building site equipment as well extra storage space for retail shops, sports clubs and welfare units to name but a few. 8ft shipping containers are also very popular for self-storage sites due to their versatility.
Our used 8ft shipping containers are generally cut down from ISO 20ft and 40ft shipping containers and converted into two or four 8ft containers retaining the original doors for one 8ft and original end wall for another. The remaining container shells are fitted with original steel container cargo doors, rear steel panel wall ends and posts fabricated in our workshop and re-sprayed inside and out. Alternatively, to fitting shipping container doors and popular with self-storage units we can fit with galvanised roller shutters.
How much can you store in a 8ft shipping container?
Approximately a 8ft container will hold the contents of a one-bedroom flat or one to two rooms or two standard pallets.
All our 8ft shipping containers are fitted with a steel lock box, 27mm marine ply flooring, lashing points and wind and water tight guaranteed.
