I run an e-commerce business and use Boxxs Self Store, based at Mill Road Industrial Estate, for storage. Before choosing Boxxs, I visited all the other storage sites around Falkirk and Bo’ness—this was by far the most secure and professionally run facility I came across.The customer service has been excellent throughout. In the run-up to Christmas, I scaled up from one container to three to handle the extra stock, and the whole process was seamless. Now that things have quietened down, I’m back to one container—but it’s reassuring to know I can easily scale back up when needed.Highly recommended if you’re looking for secure, flexible storage in the area.

Hired 1 container during a house move, really easy to set up and the same when cancelling,. Would have 0 reservations about using Boxxs again.The container it self was clean and in good condition and the compound was secure and easy to access.

I booked two self storage containers when I was moving house and waiting for everything to go through. Chris was super helpful on the phone when I was trying to organise it all, making sure that the containers were next to each other so it would be as easy as possible when I needed to move stuff in and out. The booking system is really easy too with key pick up and drop off again made really easy and convenient by Chris. When my removal men needed directions Chris also stayed on the phone with them to guide them to the place until they found it. Definitely recommend 10/10!
