Built for Bikes, Not Just Boxes
We’re custom-building a number of our Mini Boxx units specifically for motorbike storage. Each Mini Boxx measures 5 × 8 ft, with an internal height of 8 ft, making them ideal for storing upright motorcycles, including cruisers, sport bikes, classics, and tourers. These aren’t just standard units repurposed—they’re being tailored for bikes, with reinforced flooring, shallow ramps for easy roll-in access, and integrated tie-down points to keep your motorbike stable and secure.

Your bike deserves more than a draughty garage or a damp outdoor cover. Our custom motorbike Mini Boxxes are being built with protection in mind. Each unit features insulated walls, raised floors to prevent moisture ingress, passive ventilation, and an anti-condensation ceiling treatment. The Boxxs site sits in the heart of Mill Road Industrial Estate, one of the most established business locations in Linlithgow, West Lothian. All estate entrances are monitored by ANPR, adding an extra layer of access control before you even reach our facility. On-site, Boxxs benefits from secure perimeter fencing and motion-activated LED lighting. We’ve also recently upgraded our CCTV system to ensure high-definition, round-the-clock surveillance. Each Mini Boxx comes fitted with a high-security lock. With multiple layers of protection in place, you can store your motorbike with total confidence.
